How to make Textures for a model???

I want to make textures for my model like “chair1_D.tga” “chair1_N.tga” chair1_S.tga. Please check these textures in the following link :

I have also created a chair model, now i want to make textures like as above Diffuse, Norm, Specular etc, but i don’t know how these textures will created in different colors. Please anyone guide me. Thanks in advance…

Alright, I usually use blender and the uv editor. You need to make a uv map in blender and than attach the same texture you mapped the model to in blender to your object in unity.
