How to make textures line up around edges?

As you saw in the title, how do i make edges seam nicely around corners of a model, i made a brick wall and on the side the texture is at one position and on the front the texture is higher up so it doesnt meet up and create a realistic look, how do i fix this?

Thanks
David

Sounds like you want a a texture for seamless tiling. Bitmap2Material can handle this for you pretty fast. If you have Photoshop you can use the offset filter to tile the image… From there clean the seams using the patch or other tools, then reset the offset filter. Other options include painting them out in substance painter, Zbrush, or other texturing tools. I’ve mostly just used Bitmap2Material and the Photoshop offset filter myself.

In real world on the side of the wall you see side of bricks. So if you want that kind of realism I suppose you need a second texture where same bricks look from right or left side.
You can UV map each side of model as UV islands and then align there textures for each side.
But that sounds like a huge overkill. I would not do that personally

I like a solution when corners of building just covered with something like thin columns.
