How to make the grid?

I want that my interface display like on image. I have two columns all time, but I need that width first and second columns are constant. But, I want that cells width adjusted with aspect ratio. I tried to use vertical layout group, and horizontal layout group in it, but in this case, columns width are not constant.

You mention vertical layout group and horizontal layout group, is this actually a uGUI question?

I had watched all question groups in UI forum, this forum is seems what I need to use.
