How to make zoom effect on ScrollView

Hello!

How can I make a ScrollView which has zoom effect? I’ve done a ScrollView but it cant zoom on selected picture.

There are several ways to go about it:

1. Scale up the thing you want to appear bigger
2. Change the frustrum size by modifying the field of view setting.
