How to manually start a build?

If you have Auto-Build off… or if it’s on, but Cloud Build appears to be taking forever to notice that you’ve committed a change to your svn server… how do you manually start a build?

I swear I’ve clicked on every sub-page of the Cloud Build menu, and I can’t find a “Start Build” button anywhere.

In the ‘Build History’ page you can normally start a build there by clicking the arrow beside ‘all targets’ and selecting which ones. (see pic)

Oh! I thought that was a filter for which kind of builds the list below was showing. Silly me!
