Hello,

how to move an npc with an walk animation (Maye a good documentation with tutorial and examples)

-to a specific position -random position -with waypoint

Ive found http://angryant.com/ for waypoints, but I need maya to be installed (?) because when I want to play the project, it says maya not installed. Is there a better waypoint system?

Try the Unity FPS tutorial, i believe step 3 contains the basic of Waypoints + the project folder download has waypoint gameobjects and a AI script which contains some waypoint movement code.
