How to pick up a RagDoll?

I can switch RagDoll between death amd live.
I can pick up an object.

But I can’t pick up the Ragdoll.

the Ragdoll bones fall on the ground.
because the Ragdoll bones separate from the toppest hierarchy.

try picking up the root bone of the skeleton instead of the top level

Edit: or you can try using a joint to attach the ragdoll to the top hierarchy (if it has a rigidbody)
