How to prevent banding

Hi, i’m getting a strange banding on the screen when my game is being played on mobile. Please can anyone shed some light as to why this might be happening and if there is a way to fix it?

Im using the URP and it is using a bloom effect in the post processing.

I have no idea how it is intended to look.
Could it be shadows (turn them off and check or rotate the object or light)
Tried disabling bloom?
Is unity updates?

That doesn’t look like banding, my first thought was shadows too but I can’t tell.

So no matter where I rotate the camera I get the effect on the screen. It moves with the camera and not fixed to the model. Im not sure if it is a Quality setting or the Post Processing. Also my lighting is all baked into the models so I don’t think its the shadows. However i could be wrong. I am going to do some more tests on the devices to see whats going on but wanted to see if anyone has come across it before.

Start with an empty scene and add the model. Disable all post processing, baking, effects, etc
