How to rate an asset on the Asset Store?

We have customers wanting to rate our asset, but for some reason none of them can find out how to do it. We have also tried, using a free product after downloading it, and still can’t rate or review it.

Is this some type of bug or is there something that we are missing because this is kind of annoying that they make it this hard just to rate an asset.

If anyone knows the answer and can help us out it’d be much appreciated. We’ve searched the web and couldn’t find any help.

We’ve tried rating on both the newest version of Unity and 3.4.

If you click on the asset in the Asset Store, you’ll see a user reviews window at the bottom of the screen. On the User Reviews window (on the top right) you’ll see write a review.

The write a review button won’t appear if you haven’t bought/downloaded the title.

Hoping you guys aren’t trying to game the system
