How to refer a c# script from the Assets folder in your own script to use

Now i have a file in my Assets folder wich isnt used on any Object. But i still want to acces it.
How do i refer this?


If it’s a monobehaviour, it needs to be on an instantiated object. If it’s just a regular class file, access it as you would normally:

YourClass obj = new YourClass();

Check out ScriptableObject.

These are basically just script assets.
