Today I decided to make a Asset Store Publisher Account.
But when I reached the page it showed me a website is required.
Is it really important? I don’t want to but a domain right now.
Can It be done without a domain and why is it required?

It’s required for contact purposes, and probably to show that you have at least some level of commitment to what you’re doing. Domains are cheap, no reason not to get one.

Once you buy one you can host for free at zoho.com
Nope I have money to buy them but buying it for something like for free asset won’t look good. I also asked my brother he said to take one domain for both. But it will take some time 2-3 weeks. Anyway I have imputed a fake page (Sorry :P) and its working :). When We’ll buy a domain I will add it 
Is it reliable? Most domains hosting sites that are free are very less reliable. Anyway I would go for a paid hosting service when I buy one domain

Yes it is reliable. And the help desk and staff works to resolve bugs when you find them. In there code not mine because I used their templates exclusively. However, I have free site on zoho.com. To have a shopping cart and such extras costs money for each feature. That said, as a basic ‘showcase website’ it is good and never had downtime yet.
