How to remove GUI window box and display just the texture?

Hello everyone!

The title is clear enough:)
I might use some texture like ellipse or anything than a regular rectangle, and don’t want the half-transparent box to exist.

I read about writing a custom skin…
If I have to write my own GUI skin please I need some hints please.
