How to render at half-res, but display full-frame on Android?

We have an iOS app that we’re trying out on Android. On iOS it’s trivial to render a lower resolution, then upscale to fill the screen. I don’t see a simple way to do this on Android. Anyone crack this nut? Thanks very much!

Turns out Screen.SetResolution can do what I want (rescaling a lower-res game into a high-res screen), except that it seems to remap touch zones on the screen.
