How to render character in high saturation, while other objects in black & White with Cinemachine virtual cameras?

I’m making a 3D game scene with Cinemachine virtual cameras and post-processing color grading, and I want my player character rendered in high-saturated colors while other objects/backgrounds are in black & white. Does anyone know how I can achieve this result? Thank you.

How about desaturating all your materials except the ones used by the player?
