How to replace Global settings player resources

In HDRP v14 I can change HDRP Runtime Resources throught Project Settings - Graphics - HDRP Global Settings - Resources:

But, in HDRP v16, v17 I don’t have these options in settings:

But I see, that HDRP 16, 17 documentation includes it here:
HDRP Global Settings - Resources

How can I change Runtime Resources in hdrp 16, 17?
