How to report an issue

To report an issue or a bug related to Pixyz products, please use this form.

To help Unity give you the best feedback or be able to fix the issue, please share the following information:

  • The product name (Pixyz Studio, Asset Transformer Toolkit…)
  • The product version (e.g. 2024.1.0.35)
  • The OS
  • Your PC configuration (especially GPU information)
  • A precise description of your issue, with reproduction steps (videos or screenshots can help!)
  • A 3D model reproducing the issue. It doesn’t have to be the whole model if confidentiality is an issue, a small piece or a dummy model will do! - Unity provides a Secure File Transfer System
  • The log file:
    • For Pixyz Studio / SDK / Scenario Processor, the log file is located in %APPDATA%/{ProductName}/lastSession{Id}.log
    • For Asset Transformer Toolkit (ex Pixyz Plugin), please provide both the Unity Editor log file (Editor.log) and Asset Transformer Toolkit log file (Pixyz.log) located in %LOCALAPPDATA%/Unity/Editor/

Additionally for Asset Transformer Toolkit (ex Pixyz Plugin), also share:

I am willing to report issues and I already did report a lot but for the current Beta Build of Pixyz Studio 2024, it would be very nice to get official release notes to every build so we as reports can understand which reported bugs are fixed. To be honest, it would be very helpful to understand what got fixed in each release and maybe also which bugs are already known so we can save ourself time and not report bugs that are already known for a long time!
The process that you are currently just releasing beta updates without any notice to the customer, no heads-up here in the forums and anywhere else and without release notes is anything but ideal.
