How to Resolve "batchUpdate partially succeeded (HUAWEI:BatchUpdateIapItems)" Submission Error?

Hello, we are submitting an update to our game for Huawei. We have submitted our game to Huawei many times before without issue. Our last successful submission was December 4th of last year.

However, this time, we are getting a cryptic error during the “Submission” step:
“[StoreGeneralError] batchUpdate partially succeeded. (HUAWEI:BatchUpdateIapItems)”

We have retried the submission four times, but we’ve gotten the same error each time.

We actually also did not touch our IAP items for this submission (so, the same IAP items that successfully submitted for our build in December are being used now). So, I’m not sure why we get this error.

Can anyone on the UDP team help us troubleshoot, or has anyone been able to resolve this error themselves? Anywhere we can look to get more detail about the problem or view a more detailed log?

Same problem here, since a few days.

We’ve been in contact with our Huawei rep about this. They recommended opening a ticket with Unity via the dashboard system. I actually did that on the 16th (over a week ago), but haven’t heard back.

One silver lining: despite the submission error, we realized that if we went to the Huawei developer dashboard directly, the updated APK had made its way over there. So we were able to release it manually over there.

I also think that, worst case, we could take the repacked APK and manually upload it on the Huawei side. Probably would also have to manually update IAP items, but we didn’t add any for this update.
