When I open my unity program, There is a message called fatal error… see picture below.

Hmmm, I’ve had that - I think what fixed it was creating a new project - copying just the Assets directory from the old project and loading the new project.
I understand how frustrating your problem must be.
But you do know what Google is (click that now!)? Have you tried any of the suggested approaches? Did it change anything? Which Unity version are you using, did you downgrade, etc.? Did you contact the maker of the package you tried to import, they might/often have a fix?
The more information you give us, the likelier is that we can help you.
Delete or move the project you were trying to open so that Unity can’t find, and thus, automatically open it when it starts up.
This error happens when you try to open a project that’s made for a later version of Unity than what you have
