How to run more videos smoothly on the mobile

Hello everyone, there is a recent project that requires multi-angle videos to present the effect.

There are about 16 movies in one scene.

I encountered a relatively large problem in the production that is multiple videos loaded on the phone at the same time would be lag very much.

Later, I tried to play it at an angle, and the other 15 were paused, but there was no smooth connection at the junction. So I would like to ask if there are other better ways to play multiple videos on the phone.

Make compressed version of vids.
You don’t need load HD quality vid, if is far away, or at angle. Reduce size, reduce quality, reduce frame rate.

But I am not sure, how mobiles generally would like concept of multiple vids playing at once. It will be rather taxing.
