How to set pivot point of Downloaded Image Unity2d?

I am a newbie to unity.

I am doing a small demo steps are as follows:

  1. downloading a spritesheet from server
  2. separating each of the sprite
  3. setting their pivot points at runtime
  4. applying animations to particular gameobject

I know the downloading part but i am confused how to set the pivot point.
Anybody have idea or guideline how I could set pivot point at runtime?
