I guess the spherical option is not doing
what you want it to do? Since it’s actually on your screenshot

you could try ‘conform to sphere’ and mess with the parameters a bit

yeah it’s in the documentation, at least for v7 but not visible when i press spacebar.
Do you know if particles can be emitted within a signed distance field?
