How to setup Thinkscroller with tk2dCamera?

I am having problems to setup a pixel perfect scroll layer to a tk2dCamera. My doubts are:

Can the scroll layer’s image be scaled according to screen resolution?
If not how can you work around this?

Anyone with experience please guide me how you did setup the pixel perfect scroll layers to display properly in a tk2dCamera.
