How to simulate a non-english Keyboard

Hi everyone.
I’m trying to localize the game for different languages. Some of them are arabic and chinese.

I’d like to test some of the menu input, but to do so I need to simulate a non-english keyboard.

For example I’d like to type the following in a menuinput:
صباح الخير

Do you know a software or anything to simulate various keyboards?

Windows can do that out of the box. You just need to install the different languages you want to use. Once installed you can switch through them with Alt+Shift. For a detailed instruction look here
