How to solve namespace error?

I install a plugin named “UFE”,which were a fighting engine,it’s using the Unity GUI.

Now I install NGUI in THIS project,some error is occur.

So How can I solve this problem. Some people tell me it’s the namespace error.

Can someone have explantions on it? Thanks a lot !~~

you have 2 scripts/classes that are called the same ( CharackterInfoU.cs )
