How to stop flickering shadows without increasing camera clipping plane

So if you’re camera is moving and you have a very low clipping plane, you start to get weird, flickering shadows (I shouldn’t even have shadows in the first place). Any ideas about how to solve this anyone? If not, then I’ll just send unity a bug report and

Flickering could also be because of your graphics card, could you maybe post a short video showing the example?
