Well, if you’re okay with not having pixel-perfect parity, you should be fine with the a lot of the default settings. The orthographic camera in Unity will display the same area of the screen based on its scaling, no matter what resolution you are targeting.
What would be slightly more important is the aspect ratio, and possibly the GUI elements. The GUI elements aren’t that big of a deal, just make sure you are calculating their positions relative to the corners of the screen. That should help them to scale based on different resolutions just fine. The other issue is just the visible screen real-estate changing depending on the differing aspect ratios. That’s just a matter of designing your camera angles with a little bit of extra padding to them.
