I have two timeline animations in my scene, Intro timeline and Idle timeline. Both contain virtual cameras animating around the scene.
If say the idle timeline/director is playing and I want to interupt this to play the intro timeline/director, but i want the virtual cameras to blend to the new position, not just jump the start of the intro timeline. Is this possible ? and if so any help to how would be greatly appreciated. Also visa versa if the intro is playing and i want to interupt it to play another timeline with virtual cameras and blend to those cameras.

There’s also a cinemachine one, but honestly I’ve only barely used both of these packages so I’m not sure of what glue interfaces you would need to do what you want.
You can blend in to a timeline by setting the Ease In Duration of the first CM clip in the timeline. Similarly, you can blend out by setting the Ease Out Duration of the last CM clip.
