How to Toggle GUI Canvas on key press?

So I have a GUI Canvas added to my scene, I was planning to use it for a pause menu, with the buttons with the scripts attached to them and such.

(Only want to enable/disable some parts inside the GUI canvas, as there are health bars and such which need to stay.) (I’m assuming I can put them on a separate game object.)

I was wondering how I could make this GUI canvas ‘invisible’ and have it pop up on a key press, such as the Escape key.

Any ideas?

You can enable / disable them as any other gameobject in your scene.
