How to transfer organisation (how to make services available)

I’m trying top transfer a game project to another organisation (I am a manager on both) but I’m getting the error:

"The target organization does not have access to all required products. Please ensure these products are available to the target organization (Unity Gaming Services, Cloud Content Delivery, DevOps)."

But I can’t see how to make those services available - despite having a Unity Pro Licence

Same issue. I’m trying to migrate a project from my personal org to our company org which I just created and signed up for a Plus subscription. I own both orgs, not sure why I cant transfer but it effectively prevents us from using the Plus features. The error message is slightly different though:

“The target organization does not have access to all required products. Please ensure these products are available to the target organization (Unity Gaming Services).”

@Unity help??
