How to update to 5.5 from 5.4?

If i go to “Help” → “Check for Updates” unity says “The Unity Editor is up to date. Currently installed version is 5.4.1f1”
I am not sure how to update to 5.5

I’ve never found that “Check For Updates” works. You just download the new version from Powerful 2D, 3D, VR, and AR software for cross-platform development of games and mobile apps.
