How to update Unity ?

Hello I have Unity Indie 4.3 and how can i update it to 4.5 ? When i click “check for updates” it says my Unity Editor is up to date :<

Hey,

You must download new Unity version from the official website. Uninstall the existing Unity version and then install the new Unity.

Note: If you have an existing project I recommend you not to update to new Unity version as it might cause problems. Backup your project as well.

Ah okay, i thought i can update it via editor

No, the update check just tells you if an update is available. And a new version is only advertised once we’re 101% sure it’s good for everyone.
