How to upload a windows standalone game?

I’m a total noob when it comes to uploading downloads to the internet (if that makes any sense). What is the best way to go about doing that? Is there a good free site that lets you upload files?

Also…

Lets hypotheticly say that someone wanted to upload a game that featured a little copyrighted content… Is there any way the hypothetical someone could upload the said hypothetical game without getting ra*ed by copyright infringment? Put another way, is there any way to upload a game to the internet without it being traced to a certain IP address.

Why don’t you just not include any copyrighted content in the first place, so you don’t have to worry about it? You know it’s wrong, don’t do it.
