Hi, I’m quite embarrassed to even ask this question. I am just at the point where I am able to send my first app to be approved, but I was wondering what exactly should I be sending?
When I build my app it creates a folder with all the build files in it, Do I zip that whole folder up and send that? or select certain files and folders to zip?

Read the docs on the iOS development portal on Apple’s site; they go through the process in step-by-step detail.

You zip the .ipa file and send it with application uploader (found under Application/ Utilities). Eric is right. Apple has a great step-by-step guide for this.
