I have an Oculus Quest 2 and Unity and I need to know what is the easiest possible way to use the Oculus Quest 2 controllers, i.e. how to pick up and drop objects in a scene, how to teleport, etc.

I used this tutorial, follow the steps one by one

Inside Oculus integration pack there are all this prefab functions.
