How to use material for color?

Hello friends,

I made a car in Blender, and I want to export that car in Unity, but how can I have a static color for objects like spoiler or windows and on the car I will can change the color without change spoiler color for example.

I haven’t used blender but I suspect its the same as other 3D software. You would have to assign a different material to each part in blender before you export it or break down the mesh into the right parts and then assign a different material to those separate meshes in unity.


That or if it needs to be one mesh texture it appropriately.
