How to use Unity 2017.2.0b4 EditorVR?

In the release notes of 2017.2.0b4 says:

Features

  • XR: EditorVR is now supported without need of a custom build (still requires separate download).

What is needed to download to use EditorVR? I tried the package from EditorVR forum to no avail.
