You should really be asking these kinds of questions on (in your case) the Blender forums, as it’s not really Unity related.

No need to take that attitude, it’s just common sense that you’d get better replies on the proper forum. You wouldn’t ask the best way to tune a car engine on a celebrity cooking forum, would you? Besides, not everyone here uses Blender, you know? I could tell you what to do and how simple it is to do in other apps, but honestly I’ve no clue how simple it would be to do in Blender, or what process you’d have to use to do it. So it would effectively be the blind leading the blind in this case.

Method 1 - Bevel and push points around
Method 2 - Spline modeling
Method 3 - Box modeling
Method 4 - Sculpting
Take your pick, any way will work.

If you can’t cut a box and do a sword you are very new to 3d modeling, try youtube, go for some tutorials
