HTML 5 resources folder

Is there a resources folder for HTML 5 (WebGL) builds? Our game reads information out of the resources load file path. When we build an WebGL version there is no resources folder to put these files in for the game to pull from.

you have to put the files in the resources folder in your unity project

you cant add them by hand once the project is builded.
if you want your game to be able to load new content after it got released, asset bundles is the way to go
