HUAWEI AppGallery Character restrictions in IAP Description

We have the following error when we want to repack and submit to the AppGallery store:

The Description of the following IAP items includes special characters which HUAWEI AppGallery won’t allow, and/or exceeds the prescribed length. See the dedicated FAQ for help.
Language:English (US), Items: ourcompanyname.ourgamename.prod1,ourcompanyname.ourgamename.prod2

I’ve shortened the product names(prod1 and prod2) to have just 2 letters and it is still giving the error. What is the cause of this error and how do we fix it?

According to the guidelines I found here, I fixed the error by reducing both product’s description to contain at most 100 characters.

Same problem with Samsung store. I tried everything but keep getting exactly the same error: “Character restrictions in Keywords Modify Your Keywords include special characters which Samsung Galaxy Store won’t allow, and/or exceeds the prescribed length.”
