HUAWEI StoreGeneralError on submission

When I trying to release my game to Huawei store, I get this error:

[StoreGeneralError] [cds]update service failed, additional msg is [DistributeCountry check ,distCountryList in service contains conflictCountries.] (HUAWEI:UpdateAppInfo)

I release my game in every country except China. There are 198 countries, how do I know which ones is ‘conflicting’?
