When I click the button ‘log into my existing account’ a popup appears without any content and no matter how many time I wait, the content don’t show and I can’t login.
I’m using the HUB on a Windows 10 Insider Preview build 17074.rs_prerelease_flt.180116-1539 machine.
I have an Unity Plus subscription and also a lifetime Unity 5.x Pro license on same account.
Thank you for your feedback.
This is definitely a bug. The login page that should appear in the newly opened window, is the same as the one that you see in the launcher.
When you are opening any editor (2017.2+) without the hub, and try to login, do you see a login page with Google/Facebook Login options?
That is very strange. I am wondering if you received the hub updates last week? If yes, we can take a look into the hub logs and see if there is any clue there. If not, you can quit and start the hub and after a few minutes, you should see a update notification. You can quit the hub from the tray menu.
You can find the logs in %APPDATA%\Unity Hub\logs
I can confirm that I had the same issue with v0.11, and after a reinstall the hub didn’t launch anymore. V0.12 doesn’t do a thing which I have reported and seamed to be a license issue. I also have windows 10 insider preview.
Maybe it has to do with license or windows insider preview.
