Hub is installed and signed in, Unity is unable to sign in

I have the latest Hub installed (the version number is now unlabelled on download page and on the top bar of hub). I am signed in to my account. I load any of the projects that we are working on at the studio. When Unity loads it is in personal mode, and I am not signed in. When I go to sign in, I am prompted to install Unity Hub.

So far I have tried removing Unity Hub and all cache, reinstalling hub, remapping my unity versions and I still face the same issue. I have contacted IT to find out if there have been any firewall changes which could be blocking Unity and not Hub - but there hasn’t been any, and IT believe it to be a Unity issue. The issue coincides with a Win10 update and I have followed a load of suggestions in the ‘win10 update has broken my Unity’ threads, with no success.

I have posted a bug report through the bug reporter, but any help or suggestions here would be most appreciated.

Thanks
Sean

I’ve had a look through the hub log, theres quite a lot of stuff in there, but this error seems to have appeared about the same time as the issue:

{“level”:“error”,“message”:“Unhandled promise rejection, reason: Cannot read property ‘status’ of undefined\n\tstack TypeError: Cannot read property ‘status’ of undefined\n at C:\Program Files\Unity Hub\resources\app.asar\src\services\licenseService\licenseServiceFsm.js:163:24\n at processTicksAndRejections (internal/process/task_queues.js:86:5)”,“timestamp”:“2020-07-29T20:36:19.061Z”}

Does this give any leads?.. I’m on the cusp of reinstalling windows
