When creating text mesh pro, a big blue letter T appeared, how can I remove it?

Well, you can either disable this particular gizmo or all gizmo rendering in both scene and game view separately.
Keep in mind that gizmos are editor-only, they are not part of the scene and also serve as selector “colliders”, so disabling them might prevent you from easily selecting objects in the scene view.

The only way to make it less terrible is to move the slider for the size of these icons to a minimum. But this makes all icons small, not just TextMeshPro:
There are possibly other scripts with that T gizmo, like some called TMP*. Scroll down that list and see if you can find any more T icons and try disabling them.
Edit: Actually, I just recalled that it happened to me a few times when I updated the Unity version. Just closing and reopening the project helped. You tried that?
