Humanoid rig legs/feet animation are off

I’m having problems with Humanoid rigs animating as expected. These two videos are of the exact same fbx file exported from Blender…

The Generic rig import is animating as expected. However, the Humanoid import is required for the UMA system.

It’s worth noting that I’m using IK in Blender to animate the legs/feet, but that gets baked during export to fbx. I can confirm that the animations work properly in Unity when using Generic rig, so why would Humanoid rig be different?

This may be related to the per-muscle settings. When I changed the right leg/upper leg in-out low range value to -20 (-60 was the default), instead of limiting the range, it exaggerated it, as shown in the screenshot.
