I am making a temple run kind of game and want to know how to respawn and how to change order of my obsitcles

Hello , I am making A game which is very simillar to temple run or subway surfers , so i need to know some scripts and how are these done and please tell me them:

  1. how to change the order of my obsitcles which come in betwwen , it can be by changing the scenes also
  2. how to die or respawn from these obsticles
  3. how to give up a final touch up to my game like making the menu scene then when clicked on “play” then the game should start , when clicked on “option” then those options would come like increase or decrease volume
    4.and to increase the speed of my controller like after 30 sec then increase it again after 30 sec

I know its a lot please bu please help me i am stuck on this thing from 7-8 months please help me and tell me
