I am not working in any company, I made a game personally alone without anyone's help, can I publish my game which is made with unity personal edition and use ads and IAP features in it?

Help me , I made my game and it is ready to publish but I don’t know that I can do it or not?
This is my first game any problem for this unity personal edition ? at the time of installing unity there are 3 options that makes have yours company made more than 100k but I SELECT LAST OPTION IN THAT WINDOW…can I publish my game to Google play store and integrate Google admob and IAP in that game…

You’re free to commercialism your game however you want, as long as you are not receiving more than $100,000 a fiscal year. After that, you are required to purchase Unity Plus. After $200,000 you’re required to purchase Unity pro.
