I bought Unity yesterday and my payement have been accepted rbs worldpay.
A mail confiramtion by shopper@rbsworldpay have been send to me with the good amout of money etc.
A new window appear with a link to download Unity Pro and a mail would be send to me in a few minutes (hum)…
After that no mail from Unity no key nothing!!!
So i wrote a mail to the “support” and one another to “sale” and always no news.
I hope my money is not gone to nowhere… Someone can help me ??
And you bought it through the store here at unity3d.com? (its the only place worldwide where you can legally buy unity)
normally you receive the license key within minutes in the confirmation by Unity Technologies
anyway you should mail the support with such issues, likely sales@unity3d.com
Yes sure! i previously buy another license for a another compagny and have no probleme
here is the beginning of the message of rbs : Your transaction has been processed by RBS WorldPay, on behalf of Unity Technologies ApS.
And i got acces to the download link with a good URL (unity3D/…)
i found this situation very strange and i am a little bit stressed that nobody from Unity answer me…
I only asked that as a standard question as there were a few strange dubious reselling services 
As mentioned above, you optimally drop the support a mail on the matter, after you checked your spam box

I checked my spam box without result… and already post a mail so i just have to wait now i presume…
Support finnaly answered me (sorry for my english…) All is right now !!!

If anyone else is encountering issues with their serials not arriving via email, they may have been delayed slightly as we had a bit of a mail server overload-overnight, things should be flowing properly now. If you have still not received your serial, contact support@unity3d.com and we will look into the case.
