I have two payment methods set up: credit card PayPal
I need to remove the PayPal because it’s someone else’s that they entered. But I get this error message:
You cannot remove a payment method currently in use by a subscription.
What can I do?

Although if I go to my subscription (https://id.unity.com/) and I select the “Manage payment instrument” tab, I can see the “Update payment method” button and I can add another payment method to my subscription.
