i cannot upload my music on asset store

i would like to upload some of my music on the asset store but i have problems.

i have downloaded unity, opened the asset store, imported the “asset store tools”.
i closed and reopened unity, choosing “asset store tools” package as the new project
i created a folder in the project window and imported a sinlge mp3.
now, if i click on the “asset store tool” → package manager, the window that opens endlessly say “loading” and nothing happens.

what did i do wrong??

according to the tutorial several options should appear…

PS: i am completely new to unity, never used it!
PPS: i am on win7 64 bit.

You need to make folder called AssetStore where you put your key images and the music then it should load.
