I have submitted 2 support tickets and still no one has bothered to reply to them. I have recently just travelled back from the USA to the UK. I cannot access my Unity account. It is sending a code to my US phone for the two step verification but I can’t receive the codes. I’m finding this to be infuriating.
How can I speak to someone that will be able to fix this? I can’t work as I cannot access my account, my details to change login, my assets I have bought.
There is an option to to use a Recovery code. Where can I get one of those from? This Two Step Verification is going to be turned off as soon as I can do so.

I’d just enable international roaming temporarily and be done with it. Last time I traveled to Europe it was $10 per day for unlimited everything through my US AT&T account. I’d expect the other US carriers to offer something similar. Turn roaming on, get your Unity account sorted, and turn it back off. As far as who you bill, how is failing to keep your account verification information updated anyone’s fault but your own?
